Marriott's Royal Palms

The staff really stood out. They were VERY accommodating with every request, and even cleaned our room one day when I’d only asked them to leave garbage bags while we were out. Our updated room was lovely, on par with or better than our home resort, Bighorn Meadows in Radium BC. The pool was great for our 6 and 9 year olds. We tried the busier World Center for a day, but didn’t go back. I can see it being a good fit for older kids who want to meet other young people, though. I don’t think you can get closer to Disney unless you stay at a Disney resort. I’d 100% recommend the Marriot Royal Palms to families visiting Disney, and we’ll be back.

We’ve been coming here for many years, and the property has always been amazing. The shuttle over to the main resort is a real plus, too. On our recent visit, it was my birthday and they surprised me with a bottle of wine and a bag of snacks from the lobby store. That meant a lot. Thank you, Royal Palms!

Having a full kitchen makes a longer stay so much more comfortable and flexible, and the place feels a little more like home. The rooms are spacious, too, with convenient access to all the amenities at the nearby Marriott.

The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was full, and the staff were friendly and great. Matthew checked us in and was so kind and thoughtful. He even gave me a nice little bag of snacks. Nichole was lovely, too. It was getting late, so she texted to check whether we were still coming to check in. She was in the back when we arrived but came out to talk with us. Thanks again to Matthew and Nichole for being professional and kind. We had an awesome time, and everything was perfect.
