Celebrity Inn

I’d stayed here for about two months, at least three nights a week, without any real problems. I even took a room after they told me the AC wasn’t the best and didn’t complain. It’s a decent place to stay, but I’d think twice if you might need a refund for something outside your control. I paid for four nights, then my job relocated me and I was told I could get back the cost of the two nights I wouldn’t use. They said I needed to have all my things out that morning. I did that, and they promised a refund for two nights, but I only got one. When I called, the manager wasn’t very pleasant.

The owner at the front desk was so friendly, and even had his son help me with my bags. The room was amazing, with lovely decor and amenities that made it feel almost like a resort. I’ve traveled all over the US and this is one of the better motels I’ve stayed in, especially at this price. It was less than the nearby Super 8, too. I loved it.

The room was spotless, and I was thrilled they didn’t charge extra for our pets. We had our family dog with us, along with our two little kids, who are 2 years and 10 months old. The gentleman working gave us a discount and the best room, so we didn’t have to drive another hour to find somewhere to stay. He was great. The building may not look pretty from outside, and I thought we might be in for a worse situation until we saw the room. Inside, it was beautiful. They even leave the blue cleaner in the toilet after cleaning. I was very happy with the stay and would absolutely recommend it. Given how full the place is, it deserves more reviews. My one suggestion for the owner is to update the sign. Thank you!

The room had a very 70s feel, wood paneling and all. The doorknob was a bit loose and made me uneasy, and the room was cold with a heater that was hard to use. There was also a strange smell, but opening the windows helped air it out. The doors have a security chain, which was reassuring. We got one firm mattress and one soft one, plus four pillows with totally different levels of squish, from floppy to brick. I loved that. For the price, it was great. It was clean and felt safe, and that’s what matters when you just need a place for the night. Clean, safe, and budget friendly.
