The calm, inviting feel of the hotel made it easy to unwind, and my room was spacious, spotless, and well kept. The bedding was comfortable and I had the amenities I needed. Staff were helpful and friendly whenever I had a question or wanted a recommendation, and everyone I encountered seemed attentive. Check-in went smoothly, and I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel exceeded my expectations. I’d recommend it for comfort, quality, and good service, and I’ll definitely return.

We came for my daughter’s cheer competition and found the lobby decorated for the athletes staying there. Caleb at the front desk was friendly and helpful, and got us checked in quickly. In the room, there was another thoughtful surprise for my daughter: a cheer themed gift bag with a welcome letter, snacks, water, and an adorable cheer keychain. Alice and her staff went above and beyond for the Cheersport athletes. The hotel is older, but it was clear the new management is keeping up with it and making needed updates. Everything was nice and clean. We also really enjoyed the breakfast add-on, with food well above a typical hotel breakfast: fresh fruit including berries, my kids’ favorite, yogurt, crispy seasoned potatoes, oatmeal, cereal, eggs, sausage, bacon, and a hot regional favorite. One day it was biscuits and gravy, the next cheesy bacon grits. There were plenty of toppings for the oatmeal and eggs, flavored coffee creamers, and even almond milk for cereal. The woman looking after the breakfast area was friendly and helpful too. It was a lovely stay, and we’d happily come back.

The location made it so easy to get around, and we felt looked after the whole time. Our room was comfortable, clean, and kept in good shape. Everyone on staff was warm and helpful. Check-in through checkout went smoothly, and the stay was better than we expected. We'd happily return and recommend it.

Daisy deserves a shout-out. She made sure we had what we needed and then some. We also really liked the breakfast, with lots of fresh, tasty choices, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help throughout. The new management seems to have made noticeable improvements. The location is handy, with everything nearby. We'd stay again and recommend it.

Ms. Shanice was especially welcoming, attentive, and professional, and made the visit that much nicer. The room was comfortable, clean, and well cared for too. I had a great stay and would gladly come back. I recommend this hotel.
