I was left waiting in my truck from 7:30 to 10:30 at night, even though I’d already paid for the room and had a booking under my name. I’d come home from Philadelphia to visit family and planned to meet someone at the hotel later. I arrived around 7:30, hoping to get settled before they got there, but was refused my key until the other person showed ID. I was told I might sneak them into the room, which was why I couldn’t go in yet. At the front desk I was polite, showed my Tennessee ID, and gave them my debit card for the file. Everything matched. The woman then questioned why I was staying there if I lived nearby. I explained I’d moved to Philadelphia in the middle of last year and was visiting home. When I asked about the ID rule, she said it was a privately owned business and she could refuse service or kick me out. She also claimed some children have IDs when I asked how parents and kids would be handled. I’ve never had a hotel do this before, and I believe the rule is false.

My room was spacious, clean, and supplied with fresh towels every day. They also emptied the trash regularly. The front desk and breakfast staff were warm and accommodating. I really enjoyed staying here and hope work brings me back. Great service.

The morning biscuits and gravy were probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve had, and the room was clean and comfortable. Both employees I met, at check-in and breakfast, were so kind. Thanks, I’ll definitely stay here again.

The rooms were impressively clean, quiet, and free of smoke smells. I was surprised to see the refrigerators taken out to be defrosted and cleaned. Breakfast had a huge, varied selection, and the staff were really friendly. Great place, I’ll come back on my next trip to Fort Campbell.

The beds were super comfy, the showers wonderfully hot, and I liked the body wash and towels. Everything was clean, and the friendly front desk made the stay easy. I could check in ahead of time and just pick up my key when I arrived, which was quick and convenient. I was heading home for Christmas and needed a place for the night. This little gem is right off the highway. 10/10, I’d recommend it.
