I travel the East Coast for national maintenance work and often stay two weeks at a time. This Home2 has been the worst. The shower head came off in my hand, and the lever was so loose I had to push hard to make it work. There wasn’t even a bathroom trash can. They offered to switch rooms, but I said no because I want these things fixed for me and the next guest. I’m still waiting, and today is day two. We’ve been here six weeks, and trash that I saw five weeks ago is still in the parking lot. With the Hilton name on the place, you’d think they’d pick it up. Pass this one by.

The biggest problem was the lack of hot water. I’d overheard a guest raise the issue during evening check-in, and the desk said a plumber was there to fix it. The next morning there was still no hot water. Older reviews from years back mention the same problem, too. I asked to move rooms so I could get a hot shower, but the front desk wouldn’t let me. My request for a partial refund was refused. My first-floor room also smelled musty. The desk blamed it on pets being allowed in every room. The odor got stronger near the window heater and AC when it was running, and it blew right onto my hanging clothes in the closet, which has no door. I stayed Friday 11/17/25. This isn’t the cheapest hotel around, and I wouldn’t stay at this Hilton again.

It’s a clean, pleasant hotel and the breakfast was good. What let me down was that there are no EV chargers in the parking lot, or at nearby hotels within walking distance. It’d be convenient for everyone if the hotel worked with the places around it to add some.

Sara and the rest of the staff were great and helped accommodate what our family needed. We stayed in rooms 320 and 322 at the start of August. Both were clean and spacious, and breakfast had something for everyone. The hotel lived up to its description, and we’d certainly come back.
