After a long time on the road, Nicole gave us a warm welcome at check-in and kindly pointed out where the local restaurants were. They also recognized us as Hilton Honors members. The room was comfortable and clean, and so was the rest of the hotel and the outside grounds. There are lots of good amenities, and the TRU hotel is reasonably priced. I highly recommend it. Thanks, Nicole.

We arrived during a sold-out weekend, with graduations happening at lots of schools nearby, but the hotel still felt quiet and private. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the front desk service was great. They gave us complimentary water, and even the hand soap smelled amazing, like lemon sugar. The location was great for nearby food and the mall. The gym and pool area looked very clean too.

We stayed a few days while visiting family, and our first stay at Tru by Hilton was excellent. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were welcoming and really nice. Breakfast was small but good, and I liked having coffee available 24/7. Snacks and drinks were available to buy, which was nice. We drove an EV and were able to charge it there, making the stay even more convenient. We’ll definitely come back and would recommend this location to everyone.

The lobby has a pool table, breakfast has a decent selection, and there’s a gym on site. The place was clean, bright, and modern, and the staff were great. It was spotless, and they seemed to take real pride in keeping it that way. The location near I24 and Wilhma Rudolph made it easy to get around all of Clarksville.

Nicole and the rest of the staff are top notch, and the amenities are amazing. The hotel is clean, too. I won’t stay anywhere else in Clarksville. Keep up the great work!
