There was no service, and we never had enough towels. Bring your own beach towels, the ones we got were small and stained. The rooms were sandy, and the showers and floors were horrible. Nicole was nowhere to be found for cleaning or to fix anything. The sheets were stained and smelled like mildew. I'd rather have smelled bleach. The sofa bed had crumbs and sand all over the top. They wouldn't refund me or move us to another room. I will never come back.

We paid 300 a night plus a big housekeeping fee, but the checkout rules still required us to do the dishes, strip the bed, gather towels, and take out the trash. I usually leave a room clean, but I ended up doing most of the work anyway. I watched housekeeping go into my room three times while I was at the pool. I think she swept, but towels weren't changed and nothing else seemed to be done. Every morning, sand had blown all over my car, including the roof. Not cool at all. The shower water turned cold after I had shampoo in my hair, and I had to call to get the door code. Check-in was at 4:20. This was my first time not leaving a tip.

Our place at 103 was beautiful and super clean. We even saw the cleaners using a bleaching agent on the outside window ledges, so we had to tip them. The pool was clean too, and the kids swam happily without us worrying. It's close to all the attractions a family would want. We had a great stay and will be back. Thanks!

Beach access was only a two-minute walk away, with several shops and restaurants nearby. The heated pool was clean and great. The room matched its description and included several useful extras that weren't guaranteed, like detergent, beach towels, and toiletries. I liked the layout and keyless entry. We'd definitely stay again.
