The place has potential, but the first day was a mess and the nails sticking out of the wall were hard to get past. The listing pictures didn't match Suite 201 in person, and the host never responded over two weeks. Before the trip, I called the company twice to ask if an early check-in around 2 p.m. might be possible. On arrival day there was no response until 4 p.m., when we got the codes, but the room still wasn't ready. Housekeeping was supposed to leave a parking pass at 4, and we didn't get checked in or have the pass until 4:40. We were stuck waiting from 2 to 4:40 with a screaming one-year-old, and it ruined dinner. There was a random door and frame behind the TV with nails sticking out, dangerous with two kids. More nails protruded from the wall where the from is missing, and one cut my hand open. The bathroom floor wasn't clean and had hair on it. No one mentioned that the living room humidifier needed to be emptied daily. A suite owner also threw out the community pool floaties, saying “they are a liability,” even though my kids and other children enjoyed them. The location is convenient for the beach and within walking distance of bars and restaurants. The pool was a nice perk, and the beach chairs and umbrellas were great. The AC worked well during a week when it was 80, and the beds and pillows were comfortable.
