Courtyard St. Petersburg Clearwater

The hotel was clean and well kept, and our room had a nice view of the inner courtyard and pool. We arrived a little early, so the room wasn't ready, and we were happy to wait by the pool. Usually they'd check you in and call when it's ready, but the receptionist didn't check us in. She said she was going off shift and would leave a note for the next person. After 90 minutes with no call, we went back to reception. The new person didn't know we'd been waiting, and the room had been ready for over 30 minutes. It was about 15 minutes from downtown St. Pete, which was fine. But the first hotel on the street was a La Quinta with some sketchy people walking around at night. While turning into the drive on a blind corner, we almost hit someone walking in the road.

This is just for Elijana, who works the evening shift. Her service is outstanding. She's caring, always kind and smiling, and goes out of her way to make sure you're taken care of. Thank you so much, Elijana.

We stayed one night during a vacation and had one of my best stays in a while. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were amazing and helpful with dining suggestions. The airport shuttle was quick, and the driver was great. Thank you.

The room was nice and the hotel was very clean, but customer service needs work. I couldn't understand the person at the front desk when I checked in. The woman running the cafe wasn't around, so I waited 10 minutes before she suddenly appeared from the kitchen. I was the only person in the restaurant, and she was abrupt and rude.
