The Inn at Patrick Square

The room seemed like it hadn't been cleaned, apart from the towels, which looked unused. No one tried to fix the problem or even apologize. The elevator was dirty, the hallway and room carpets were stained, there were empty plastic bottles and hardly any amenities, and most of the lamps were unplugged. When I called the front desk, they said, "some pictures were taken in some room... we are short of cleaning stuff." I had to stay late at Clemson and had expected a nice, quiet hotel, but it turned into a horrific experience.

The location isn't bad, the nearby shops are quite nice, and the service isn't too bad either. But the hotel's management is utterly pathetic. The employees are nice, but they aren't trained well enough, and management doesn't take complaints seriously.

I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean, the staff were very nice, and it's a great hotel close to Clemson. Thanks for a great stay, I'll be back!

We had a quiet, upscale overnight stay while touring Clemson University. We chose the breakfast package at Sunnyside Cafe, and I loved seeing everyone at the restaurant wearing different shades of orange. We'll definitely be back in the Fall!
