stayAPT Suites Cleveland

My home away from home. I absolutely love it here. It's quiet, the staff are excellent, and the appliances are all up to date. There's so much room, with a living room, full kitchen, hallway with the bathroom, and bedroom at the end.

I left behind my belt with its rodeo buckle, and after searching my house and car, I called three days later, before the room had been cleaned or used by another traveler. The front desk said they'd look and confirmed it hadn't been cleaned yet, so I thought there might be a chance. The next day they called to say they'd found the belt but not the buckle. That's impossible. I've had that belt and buckle for over 12 years, and I riveted them together myself so the buckle couldn't come off. It had to have been pried away. They said they'd keep looking and call in 48 hours, but I heard nothing. When I called again four days later, they said it still hadn't turned up and basically told me I was out of luck. They offered to ship just the 20-year-old, $15 Walmart belt from Tennessee to my hometown in Ohio through a site called "ILeftMyBag" for a mere $65. I wasn't giving up my family heirloom buckle. I called three separate times asking to speak with the hotel manager so he could hear me out and talk to the person who cleaned the room. Each time I got false information about his schedule, and no one would pass along a message. Thanks a lot, Apt. Suites in Cleveland, Tennessee, for stealing my belt buckle. -Colten

Cinda was a delight and really helpful. The property is clean and just right for a weekend, with apartment-like space and comfort plus the convenience of a hotel. Nearby food, gas, and highway access are a nice bonus.
