8/10
The room has been updated since I last stayed, and the changes are nice. It was clean, and the shower was satisfying. Getting into the hotel on the second floor isn’t very convenient, though a bit of walking never hurt. Breakfast was standard hotel food, with limited seating.

10/10
The rooms are large, clean, and quiet, and I didn’t see a single bug during my stay. Staff and housekeepers were very nice, too. Breakfast is free, and people were friendly and accommodating. It costs a bit more than other places in town, but I thought it was worth it. Five stars!

It’s not cheap, like everywhere around here, but this place is excellent compared with most of the neighbors. The staff were attentive, especially Amada.

I left right away after finding bugs and cockroaches in my room. I asked to switch rooms, but the second one had the same problem. They still haven’t refunded me or even apologized. I contacted BW directly and am waiting to see what they do about this place. Keep away from this dirty hotel!
