The staff were friendly and attentive, parking was easy, and the rate was good, though parking costs $7/night. The room had lots of useful touches: a microwave, mini fridge, big TV with streaming, and power outlets including AC, USB-A, and USB-C by the couch. There was also a full closet with plenty of hangers and an ironing board and iron, which seem to be disappearing in remodels. It's the original Courtyard atrium layout, with updated furnishings. The toilet and tub with shower are still in a separate closable area. Comfortable stay.

Jeff, the GM, has managed the property for years and deserves a round of applause. The room was spotless, with new carpet in it and the hallways, and the courtyard was a nice place to get some fresh air and sunshine. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and I appreciated not having pet hair or barking dogs. Service was excellent all the way from check-in to check-out, and the Bistro server was especially friendly and attentive. Great location and a great stay.

My room had a large stain on the mattress, and there wasn't even a protective encasement on it. That feels unacceptable for a hotel. The accommodations overall were very basic, so I was disappointed with the quality.

Everything about the hotel is fine, but they've started charging for parking, even though there's plenty of it. What in the actual heck? When I asked at check-in, the front desk said they had no idea.

I've stayed here for business trips in the area for more than 12 months, and the property has gone downhill badly. The restaurant has been closed at night three times in the last six months because someone called in sick or was on vacation. I checked in yesterday and was told it wouldn't open because the person was on vacation. Is there really only one person who can run the bar and kitchen? I'll find another Marriott property.
