The owner was so nice and accommodating, and I had one of the best couple of days I can remember just riding my Harley up here and staying. There’s a brewery within walking distance, and they serve awesome pizza. The little restaurant attached to the motel has a really good menu and great food too. Finding a spot this awesome around the Cloudcroft area is tough. I’d give it a 10 out of 10 if I could, and I recommend it to bikers and anyone else. Love your place, thanks so much.

We tried three of the themed rooms and got to see a different look in each one: I Love Lucy, Harry Potter, and Roy Rogers. They all had some memorabilia. The café is only a few feet away and has lots of dishes to choose from, with hearty portions. We’ll definitely come back.

The room was really clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. I also felt safe with the rooms set back from the road and the owners living on site. Cloudcroft is a beautiful little town, and this is a darling hotel with lovely, quaint antique decor. The updates in the room were very well done. The scent was the problem for me. It was a really strong maple and vanilla candle smell that gave me a headache, and I had it all night. The windows had been open when we arrived, so we didn't notice it until later. I couldn't find where the smell was coming from to get rid of it.

The room was extremely dusty, with a thick coating on several decor items that you could spot from across the room. Someone with allergies wouldn't do well there. I think the rooms need a proper deep clean. That's my main complaint, though we enjoyed our stay otherwise. We stayed in the Gilligan island room, which had super cute decor. The beds were comfy, the shower was hot with good pressure, and the radiator and fire heaters kept the room nice and warm. The location worked great for us. We enjoyed the café too. Dinner was okay, but breakfast was really yummy.
