Comfort Suites Clovis - Fresno

The service stood out during my pleasant stay. The front desk agent, Selena, I believe, was amazing, really sweet, quick, and efficient. The rooms are a little outdated and could use some upgrades.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The rooms are no good. I checked in at 5:25pm on 01/23, and the lot was empty. When I asked the front desk woman for a room near the exit, she was really rude. She said nothing was available and gave me one in the middle of the top floor, completely opposite of what I'd asked for, just to spite me. She seemed pretty tweaked, like she was high on some kind of drug. Go to the Hilton.

I didn't stay here, although I mistakenly had a reservation. My husband had booked Clovis CA instead of Clovis NM, and we understood it was his mistake and that we wouldn't get our money back. The email already said that. At 12:18AM, a young woman called asking when I would arrive. I politely explained the booking was for the wrong state, but she asked again, so I repeated myself. Then she rudely said the card on file would still be charged. I told her I knew that from the email. We accepted the loss and understood the consequences of the mistake, so that comment was unnecessary and the service wasn't great. Clovis Comfort Suites in NM is always nice and amazing, but please don't be rude to people who already understand what their mistake means.

The bed was super comfy, and the staff were nice. The room was okay, and breakfast was what you'd expect. It's in a great location, and I'd absolutely stay here again.
