The manager was really friendly when I came to pick up a friend. It was super hot outside, and he offered me some water. There's a small smoking area with chairs, good parking, and a cozy feel. The little drive to get there is cute too.

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. For the price I don't have real complaints, just a couple of suggestions: it could use fresh paint and, in my opinion, new mattresses. I'd stay again.

Thanks to the owner Billy for making this feel like a warm, home-like place to stay. The prices are reasonable, the rooms are clean, and the manager is respectful, understanding, and down to earth. They also have a community bar-b-q, a washer and dryer, and 400 channels on the TV. The prices are the best in town.

I wouldn't stay longer than a day or two. I was there for a week, and they never made the beds, changed my towels, or took out the trash, even after I called and asked them to.

The employees were friendly and welcoming, but the TVs and Wi-Fi didn't work, which was frustrating.
