Trash was already overflowing from the previous guests when we arrived, and we had to deal with it the whole stay. There was dust caked under the beds and dirty dishes, too. The caretaker said there isn't enough time between guests to clean the place properly, which showed in the broken fixtures and doors and the filthy condition overall. The owner and caretaker also disagreed about how many people the house can hold: the owner advertises it for 30, while the caretaker said it should be limited to 17. After checkout, we cleaned as best we could, but the owner still claimed we left a mess and tried to get $500 from us on top of the $300 cleaning fee in the rental agreement. Avoid this place. The back and forth after checkout isn't worth it for a decent, hard-working person.

The house worked really well for a big family gathering, and we made great memories there. There's a large backyard for games and a BBQ, plus plenty of parking. Inside, it has 8 bedrooms, including 2 master bedrooms with their own bathrooms and showers, along with 6 other bathrooms. There's also a bar with a pool table, a lounge area, a living room with what I think was a 5" screen TV, and a small kitchen that was fine for us, with a big fridge, microwave, stove, and oven. A supermarket is about 5 minutes away, and there's gas, a bar, parks, and chuckchansi casino about 10 minutes away. My one drawback was that the neighbor behind us complained, but the Airbnb owner said not to worry because she does that all the time.
