The bar made the whole trip for me. We came down for one nightcap and ended up spending the entire night there, ordering drinks and hanging out. STEPHEN was hilarious and amazing, with hands-down the best customer service. He needs a raise! Check-in and checkout were quick and easy, the staff were great, and the room was up to standard. We'll definitely come back.

I usually like this place, but this visit will be my last. I called to reserve, then arrived to find no reservation in the computer. We also asked for towels in the morning and came back to find none. Jennifer at the front desk was the one bright spot. She helped make a new reservation and get us towels, and she's the only reason I gave service a one.

After a long drive, getting food was a lot more enjoyable thanks to Stephen, the bartender. He was super friendly, quick with the service, and great to talk with. It was a great hotel stay with my husband and our pup.

The bathroom had mold and the rugs were stained, and housekeeping never came to the room. When I called the front desk, they said, “sometimes they miss rooms”. The operation was a mess, and the check-in staff were absolutely rude. First visit, last visit.
