After a 15-hour drive, we arrived to find a non-smoking room that smelled of smoke and had cigarette burns everywhere. The pillows were dirty, there was hair all over the shower, and the floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned for months. Everything was disgusting. We stayed for 25 minutes and left. It was after 10 pm when we went to the front office. The man spoke to us on the phone through a small slot in the door and wouldn't open it. That was very unprofessional. He was lucky to have refunded our money. Save yourself the trouble.

We'd definitely stay here again. Although the motel is old, it was kept very well, and our room was spacious and clean. Everyone working there was friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast had a good range of choices, and having Wi-Fi in the room was a nice bonus. It's in an industrial area, very close to our business. The room also had a coffeemaker, stove, microwave, full-size fridge, and dishwasher. Pots and pans were available for cooking in, which would be handy for a longer stay.

The bed was extremely comfortable, and there were extra pillows. The living room and kitchen were clean when I arrived, though I was disappointed that there wasn't a fire log. I'd read mixed things about the front desk, but the woman who greeted me was professional and very pleasant. I'd highly recommend the place and would return myself.

The price is good for what you get, and most of the staff are friendly. But every room I've stayed in, even the non-smoking ones, has smelled like smoke. All the couches have some kind of hole in them. The listing says there's a business center, but there isn't one.

A friend said this hotel was spacious and very clean, so I decided to try it. The location was good, but the parking was really tight and there were no handicap spaces. My first room, 1012, was clean at first glance, but I saw roaches crawling up the wall and across the kitchen counter, and there was fruit on the floor. I gave it another chance and went to the front desk. The owner said that was one of the best rooms compared with the others. In room 214, someone had already slept in the bed. They offered me a president suite on the second floor, but I refused it. They should check the rooms before guests arrive. I usually stay with Hilton, and ended up at a DoubleTree Hotel in Laurel Maryland instead. It was 45 minutes from where I needed to be, but the drive was worth it.
