The condo rules were much stricter and more detailed than we knew when booking. The pool even closed before sunset, which cut short our time using the amenities. If we’d known how extensive the association’s restrictions were, we wouldn’t have rented here. Privacy was another major problem. The on-site managers seemed to watch guests constantly on the security cameras. Once, the manager came rushing out within seconds when my son merely touched the rope in the pool. They seemed to know whenever we came and went. It felt invasive and uncomfortable enough that we eventually contacted the local police department. It was clear the condo owners weren’t interested in short-term renters, and we felt that throughout our stay. This was the worst rental experience we’ve ever had, and I’d strongly advise anyone who values privacy and a relaxing vacation to reconsider.
