The hotel was spotless, and the check-in team couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. Jenn from the poolside bar deserves a special shoutout. She later helped inside too, and was incredibly fun to talk with and attentive without being over the top. Hands down the best service I had on the trip. There’s truly no one better than Jenn!

We stayed on Monday, January 19th, with two rooms for my parents and my partner and me. My dad was traveling with a broken neck. After leaving our ship at Port Canaveral, we arrived around 10:30 a.m. planning to stay the night. The guest service agent was one of the kindest, most genuinely caring people I’ve met in hospitality, and went out of her way to get us into our rooms by noon so my dad could lie down and rest. That care meant a lot to us. The hot tub wasn’t warm at first, but we told a staff member and maintenance started working on it right away. The team was responsive and attentive. The next morning, the barista welcomed us warmly, and the Starbucks specialty drinks tasted exactly as they should. The location was convenient, and our room was spotless. I work in hospitality and have worked for several large companies, so my standards are high, and this property exceeded them. I can’t remember the last time I felt moved to write a hotel review, but this stay earned a 15 out of 10 from me. The management and whole team deserve a lot of praise. It was a breath of fresh air and a reminder of what hospitality should be. I’m grateful that this level of care, kindness, and professionalism is still around. Thank you, I couldn’t have better things to say about the hotel and its team.

Dhara was extremely courteous and professional when I arrived early hoping to check in ahead of time. She went out of her way to help, then came to find me as soon as a room opened up and got me settled quickly. She deserves recognition for how professionally she handled it.

I like being able to head straight to my room at Marriott hotels without stopping at the front desk. The mobile key made that easy here. There’s a large parking lot, so finding a space shouldn’t be a problem. The room was clean. The shower seemed a little small, but it was clean and worked fine.
