We arrived to find a clean, comfortable room and were pleasantly surprised. We'd needed a room at the last minute on Sunday of Memorial weekend, and this was the last one available. It was a bit pricey, but given the holiday weekend and short notice, we understood. This family owned business has been around for 50 years, and you can tell they take pride in it. Surfside is our number one place to stay in Cocoa Beach instead of paying the big chains that take business away from families. Thank you, Surfside.

We had an amazing New Year's stay. The beach, bars, and restaurants are all within walking distance, so the location is great. Everyone at the property made us feel welcome. I'd definitely stay here again on my next trip to Cocoa Beach.

We had such a great weekend at Surfside Suites and will definitely be back. Our room was cute and clean, and the bed was so comfortable. The beach is literally across the street, while the fun bars and restaurants in downtown Cocoa are an easy walk away. Teresa met us at check-in and was one of the kindest, most genuine people we've met on our trip. The room had everything we needed, and she made sure we knew to reach out if anything else came up. Teresa's warmth, along with the room and location, made the weekend getaway. We'll recommend Surfside Suites to friends and family too. Thanks again, Teresa and Surfside Suites 💙
