The front desk team was kind and professional, even while dealing with another guest’s report of water leaking into their room. We didn’t want to add our concerns to her plate, so we got our receipt and left. Still, we won’t stay here again, and hope the property is properly maintained for future guests. No response needed. We came for a business trip in late February 2026, and usually enjoy Hilton hotels, especially Hampton Inns since we travel with our two chihuahuas. This stay made us wary of choosing an unfamiliar Hampton Inn again. The first room smelled like urine, had a dirty rag, and hairs in the shower. We switched to one across the hall, where the smell was a little better, but cleanliness was still unacceptable. There was dried nasal mucus on the walls, the toilet paper holder was broken, and the single window was so covered in green algae we couldn’t see out. We both have severe dust mite allergies. The air conditioner vents were packed with dust, so I wiped them and all the room’s surfaces myself, knowing we wouldn’t sleep otherwise. I’ve never seen anything like it in a hotel, and we travel a lot. Renovated rooms don’t make up for neglected building maintenance. Only one elevator was working, and I’m not sure its certificate was current. It was very slow, and I avoided it except when we had to take our luggage down. Earlier reviews suggest having just one elevator working is common here. We got only four hours of sleep. The mattresses were horribly uncomfortable, and the air conditioner was too noisy. We moved to another Hilton the next evening. My fiancée told his work travel agency about the problems, and they quickly found us another place.

The renovation has given the rooms new carpets, TVs, furniture, and beds, and the hall carpets make the place smell brand new. But what keeps us returning after several stays over the last few years is how well everyone looks after us. The service and care get better every time. Joey, the assistant sales manager, is the main reason we come back. He’s kind and accommodating, and works to get us the best room at the best price. Assistant manager Taylor is just as great, quick to help when issues come up and make up for any inconvenience. Shard’e at the front desk is always smiling and goes out of her way to help. Shatara and Norma have also been helpful whenever we needed something or had a room issue. Gia and Blake keep the breakfast area very clean, and make sure the food is fresh and appetizing. Edwin, the chief engineer, is quick to deal with anything broken or not working in the room. The whole staff is kind, caring, and accommodating. This is without a doubt the best hotel in the area, a 10 out of 10, and I’d recommend it to anyone staying in the coconut creek area.

Shardé at the lobby desk was especially welcoming, kind, and helpful, and I had a really relaxing stay. The hotel is in a nice area near coral springs. My room was comfortable, clean, and well kept, and I enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

Set back on a service road, the hotel has little road noise but is still handy for stores, gas stations, restaurants, and highways. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the lobby and dining area were clean. Breakfast had lots to choose from, including omelettes, meat, waffles, cereal, bagels, muffins, yogurt, and fruit. The orange juice was really good. Our room was mostly clean, though the hard-to-reach spots needed more dusting. I have a dust mite allergy, and there was enough dust to bring on strong symptoms. The whirlpool, shower, and room corners could use some care. The pool and fitness areas looked nice, but we didn’t use them. Guest laundry is on the 5th floor. Handicap parking is limited and a good distance from the building. On Saturday night, another guest apparently vomited while getting into the elevator, leaving liquid outside and inside it. I told the front desk. The employee said she couldn’t clean vomit and was the only one there. She seemed to care and genuinely feel bad, but couldn’t physically clean it without making herself sick. When we left the next morning, another employee was mopping the floor outside the elevators. We enjoyed our stay overall.

I work at a Marriott property, though I’m a Hilton girly at heart, and I’d be willing to stay here again if a few things get attention. The staff were pleasant, and I understand some things are outside the front desk team’s control. Thanks for having me. The windows were extremely dirty inside and out. There was also a strange knocking by the mirror that we eventually figured out was the elevator. Every time it moved, we could hear it in the room. I mentioned the noise around 7 AM before checkout. The FDA said no other guests had reported it, but she’d have someone check after we left. I usually ask for a room away from the elevator, but didn’t realize how close it was until we were upstairs. Since we were there for just one night and had settled in, we didn’t ask to move. The room itself was clean, but the drawers, fridge, and microwave had all been left open when I arrived, so it seemed the room hadn’t been fully inspected. The charging station between the beds didn’t work properly, and I had to charge my phone through my laptop. The toilet kept running unless I jiggled the handle. Check-in and checkout were smooth, and I appreciated getting into the room early. The front desk agent was kind, though she seemed very busy handling nonstop calls while checking me in. She did her best under pressure.
