Being able to walk or drive a short distance to the Buffalo Bill museum, Dairy Queen, Roosters cafe, and other restaurants made getting around easy. The property also felt safe, with plenty of parking and well-kept grounds. We had a patio outside our room, though the weather kept us from using it, and there were a lot of rooms across the property. Inside, our room was roomy, clean, and comfortable, with soft beds and a great hot shower. Breakfast had lots of choices despite the small dining area, and it was Bacon Day! The breakfast staff were friendly, as were the people who checked us in and out. We were greeted with smiles when we arrived, and the checkout staff thanked us for staying. We thought the service and value were much better than at The Irma, where we stayed the night before. The whole experience was wonderful for our family. We’d happily stay here again if we’re back in the area. Thanks to the staff and management for such good hospitality.

Breakfast on the patio became something we looked forward to each morning. My wife and I spent a long weekend here in late August, and the staff throughout the hotel made the stay special. They were friendly and fun as well as professional. We’re already excited to come back to Best Western Sunset Inn. Thanks for a great time.

The location made it easy to get around town. Cody Western Center was just up the road, and Google Maps got us to Irma's without trouble. We stayed in September and were impressed by how thoughtfully designed our accessible room was. The benches at the foot of each bed came in handy. It was laundry day during our stay, and the laundry room was great, with plenty of washers and dryers and not a single out-of-order sign. I’ll admit I can be a bit compulsive about laundry. We won’t be back for a couple of years, but we’ll stay here again.

Our newer room, number 247, was very clean and had a full bathroom plus a separate sink and vanity outside it. There was even a Kureg coffee maker. We liked the place and would definitely come back. It’s close to downtown, and breakfast was good, with three kinds of free fruit, meat, eggs, and more. The breakfast area is small, but it worked for us.

After a five-hour drive, the indoor pool and hot tub were just what I needed. I felt safe and got a good rest. The motel surprised me in a good way: my room was spacious, clean, and upscale, and breakfast was better than I expected. This will be my regular place when I visit Wyoming's mountains.
