Super 8 by Wyndham Coeur d'Alene

We checked in at 4 p.m. and the guy gave us great service. We had booked two nights while on a long trip BK home. The manager put us right under construction, even though the hotel was empty enough to put us somewhere else. They started throwing 1970s carpet outside our window. I have a legitimate service animal, and stuff was flying past the window. I went out because I wasn't going to breathe that in. The manager asked what my problem was, so I explained that people rent hotel rooms for business or relaxation, not to be told, "They're almost done, close your window." That's a direct quote, and I recorded it. When I came BK in, she was already talking to her boss. I walked by and said politely that I don't deal with corporate either, ma'am. I called OSHA. ONLY IF YR IN A BIND STAY THERE

Christy at the front desk was amazing. She made us feel welcome and helped us a lot. The location was great since our dad is in the hospital. We had only one wash rag, but we were in such a hurry that we didn't shower, so it wasn't a big deal. There was also a bottle of frozen water in the freezer, so housekeeping must have missed it. All in all, it was a great stay. Thank you.

For a motel, it was clean, friendly, and a good price for our travel needs. It's close to a lot of things. The only issue was a damp-carpet kind of smell in the room, almost as if it had been cleaned but couldn't dry with enough ventilation. We opened the window for a bit and managed fine. I'd stay again.

The location made our trip convenient, with downtown Coeur d’Alene, restaurants, shops, and the lake nearby. Silverwood Theme Park was only a short drive away, which made this a great base for our visit. Parking was easy, breakfast was complimentary and had a nice variety, and the price was great for what we got. We were very pleased from arrival to departure at Super 8 by Wyndham Coeur d'Alene. The staff welcomed us, check-in was quick and smooth, and the team took extra care to answer questions and make sure we had what we needed. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The beds had fresh linens and were cozy, the bathroom was spotless with strong water pressure, and the setup made it easy to relax after a long day out. It was also quiet and peaceful, so we got a really good night's sleep.
