The community itself suits me well since I tend to keep to myself. It’s peaceful and well maintained, and the neighbors I’ve met have been respectful. It almost feels like a dream. Moving in was a rushed decision for me, and I needed to relocate quickly. Lauren was my first contact. She listened carefully, understood what I needed, and did everything she reasonably could to make the move happen. She was compassionate and respectful, helped me through each step, and made the process feel manageable. I’m very grateful. Lauren is an honest, caring person with a real commitment to helping people, and she represents the Prime Real Estate Family extremely well. My second-floor apartment was clean, freshly painted, and cozy when I moved in. It has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, high ceilings, a balcony, and an in-unit washer and dryer, all of which work well for my busy life. Many residents take pride in keeping the community looking nice, and the maintenance and management teams do a great job keeping things running smoothly and making sure the community guidelines are followed. Riverwalk is a rare gem, and I’m proud to call it home.

The grounds are beautiful, and the location works perfectly for our family. My husband and I have been living here for a few months, and the staff have been amazing. We needed a few maintenance items taken care of after moving in, and the maintenance team went above and beyond to get everything sorted quickly and make sure we were satisfied.

I’ve lived at Riverwalk Apartments for two years, and this has been an extremely positive rental experience. The neighbors are quiet and courteous, and I enjoy the river views and plentiful amenities. I love my current unit, but I’m working with the property manager, Lauren G., to find a larger one in the complex because I haven’t had a better experience renting. Lauren is welcoming, professional, and patient. She keeps going above and beyond with her communication and her commitment to finding the right unit for me. I highly recommend Riverwalk.

Jim and Robb were always ready to help us at Riverwalk, and now they’ve recently been transferred to another Prime Property. Moving maintenance staff around when they and the residents are just getting comfortable with their knowledge of the buildings and equipment doesn’t make sense or feel like good service. Please bring them back so we can know our maintenance team is familiar with our utilities.
