We stayed in the Vermonter for a long weekend and wished we'd booked one more day. The property sits right on the lake, with beautiful views, and our unit was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom, and outside by the beach and dock. The location let us feel away from it all while still being a short drive from things to do around Burlington. We loved our stay at Lakeshore.

The moment we stepped inside the Champlain Bungalow, it felt welcoming and like home. The panoramic lake views were breathtaking, and we loved the weekend so much that we added another day. Thanks, Neil, for helping us arrange that. It was our anniversary, and this was one of the best stays we've had. Everything was comfortable, spotless, and carefully thought out. You can feel how much love has gone into these places. The woman working in the property's office was very kind and offered to help if we needed anything. Sorry I forgot her name, and thanks for the sightseeing suggestions. We'd absolutely book again. Thanks for a wonderful weekend, Neil & Deb. Best, Sandra & Kenny.

Neil and Deb were wonderful hosts, always available when we needed them. Neil would show up in under 30 minutes to help, and he was so friendly that chatting with him was a pleasure. The house is comfortable, well equipped, and in a great location for relaxing with the view. We didn't expect the lake to be fully frozen during our visit, so that was an amazing surprise that made the scenery feel even more magical. It was our second trip to Vermont, and we love it there. We'd definitely like to return.

We love Lakeshore Vermont Inn and Suites and have stayed two years in a row. Our daughter lives nearby, so it's very convenient for us. We had the Villa in 2024 and the Cottage in 2025, and both offered very nice options. We especially enjoy taking the Pontoon boat out on the lake. In 2024, we couldn't find the remote, but Neil sorted it out, and we ended up having pizza for dinner on him. They're wonderful to deal with, and you can tell they care about their Inns and Suites. We highly recommend staying here. Sorry we took so long to write a review.

We spent just one night in the Champlain Room and had a lovely suite, comfortable and cozy, with a whole wall of windows facing a beautiful view. It made a good stop as we traveled around the lake. Even in winter, there were restaurants open within 10 to 15 minutes. The area seems like it would be a terrific summer stay too, with plenty of recreation nearby.
