The breakfast was amazing, with hot oatmeal and toppings, homemade Belgian waffles, bagels, toast, eggs, sausage, boiled eggs, three kinds of juice, and different teas. The kitchen staff were helpful too. One person even offered to clear my plates after I ate. My overnight stay was very comfortable. The Residence Inn was clean, the bed was comfortable, and customer service was awesome. The blonde woman at the front desk was especially helpful. I'll happily stay here again, and plan to bring my grandchildren to the pool.

The hotel sits back from the road, so there wasn't traffic noise. Rooms were clean and laid out well, and the staff and facilities were excellent. Breakfast wasn't the best, but it was included and perfectly okay. The price was great, and this will be my first choice when I'm back in the area.

The suite was more like a small apartment than a standard hotel room, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was a nice extra, with a good range for a free hotel meal. Parking was easy, and the location made it convenient to get around Burlington. We had a really solid stay at the Residence Inn Burlington Colchester and would book it again, especially for a longer trip.

The parking lot was the main problem. They plowed after the snow, but it turned into sheets of slippery ice, and nothing was done about it during the three days we stayed. The hotel itself was nicely kept, and the staff were consistently friendly. Breakfast got a bit chaotic at times, though it was otherwise pretty standard for a Residence Inn.

There's plenty of room, and the kitchen is clean and has what you'd need if you want to cook for yourself. Breakfast is complimentary, and the location is quiet and convenient. The lobby is nice, with a fire going in winter. Staff were friendly and quick to help.
