Comfort Suites Atlanta Airport

We've stayed here every year for the past couple of years, and the hotel's appearance, maintenance and care have steadily declined. This visit had a loose toilet that wasn't properly secured to the floor, a very slippery tub with no grab bars, and AC that couldn't keep up, leaving the room humid. The breakfast was lacking and messy, with broken equipment, and the second day was worse than the first. There was also a broken window in the breakfast area and things were generally dirty. The ice machine on our floor didn't work, so we had to use another floor's. This facility has negatively affected how I feel about your Brand, to the point that I don't want to book a Comfort Suites again.

We spent two nights here for a concert. The spacious room, easy parking and location just six minutes from the airport were the best parts. It was quiet at night despite being near the airport, and MARTA is a 10-minute walk away. There's no daily housekeeping, only every three days unless you request it. To check whether a remote works, you have to go to the front desk, since guests steal them. No restaurants are within walking distance, just gas stations. Walmart is 11-12 minutes away. The bed squeaked extremely loudly and woke me whenever I moved. The TV was barely audible until turned way up, and then sounded distorted. The couch looked old and dirty, so I didn't want to sit on it. The shower was small and toiletries basic. The free breakfast isn't worth it, gas station food is better. If all you need is a cheap place by the airport and you have a car, it'll do. Bring your own food and earplugs. If you're a light sleeper or want comfort, skip it.

I'm so disgusted. The rooms had mismatched furniture and falling-apart lampshades, and the TV didn't work. They advertise an indoor pool, but it wasn't open. I paid for a room with a pull-out sofa, then found it had been removed. This was a nightmare and the worst experience ever. The hotel is beyond terrible, so please don't waste your money here.

This was a last-minute stay, and it turned out amazing and well worth it. Mehorab at the front desk was awesome, kind, and gave great customer service. The rooms were clean and really comfortable. I'll definitely come back!
