Fabiana’s service really stood out. She was attentive, professional, and more than willing to help, and she made sure everything went smoothly during my visit. The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, from the rooms to the shared spaces. I’d recommend it to anyone staying in Atlanta. Great staff and cleanliness.
10/10
We spent a short weekend here with our family. The hotel felt quiet and safe for the kids, and there was very little hallway noise. Our room had enough space for the three of us, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning kept it cool. Staff were polite and accommodating. Breakfast had a few things the kids liked, though adults might want more variety.

We’d recommend Holiday Inn Express Atlanta for companies arranging staff travel. The hotel was clean and organized, and the service was excellent. Fabiana deserves special thanks for her professional, attentive help, which made coordinating our personnel’s stay easy and smooth. From Losanch Producciones Técnicas, thank you to the team.
10/10
The room felt inviting and hygienic, with a comfortable bed, fresh linens, clean surfaces, and a well-kept bathroom stocked with toiletries. The AC kept the temperature just right. In the evenings the hallway could be a bit noisy, but it didn’t affect my comfort. Breakfast had a reasonable mix of hot and cold options, though the dining area felt somewhat cramped.
2/10
The rooms, staff, and shuttle were fine, but I wouldn’t leave a vehicle here again. When we returned to collect our car, the truck had been broken into and a window was smashed. The hotel filed a police report and covered the broken window, and refunded our parking, but that didn’t come close to the $500 replacement cost. The reverse spikes were deactivated when we arrived and when we returned, so anyone could get in or out. I found and booked the place on another website to save on airport parking.
