Comfort Suites University Drive

Shirley was nice and offered me a first-floor room when the elevator was broken. My room was clean apart from the restroom floor. What made me uneasy was the broken side door by the pool. It doesn't lock, so anyone can walk in. The front desk girl on duty Sunday 3/1/ evening after 5pm basically said it had been broken and went back to watching her show. The price is good, but for safety I'll look elsewhere for the rest of the month since I have to travel there for work.

We stayed while visiting at Santa’s Wonderland, and the daytime staff made sure we had what we needed, including a hot breakfast and anything else we asked for. Shirley especially went the extra mile and was so genuine. The care she showed is the whole reason we'll come back, and we really appreciate it. My son has a new nickname, Legend!! 🩵 Thanks again, Shirley. We hope you and your family have a Merry Christmas!!

We've stayed here for 15-20 years and it used to be great, but this September and October were bad experiences. We wanted to watch the Aggie game in the dining area with two other couples, but when we came in September there was no TV. They said one had been ordered, yet it still wasn't there when we returned in October. The elevator was out, so we had to take the stairs or stay on the bottom floor. We're in our 70s, so we chose the bottom floor. Then the TV in our room didn't work, though a woman from the desk came up and fixed it. We couldn't get ice either, since the machines are on floors 2 or 3. The next morning we couldn't wait to check out. We won't stay again. They need to get their act together. It doesn't even deserve one star. Not sure if there's new management or what.

This hasn't been a good stay at all. I booked online and wasn't told the elevator was out. After an initial greeting, I was mostly ignored during check-in, then told my room was on the top floor and I'd have to use the stairs. It was 76 degrees and hot when I got there, and took hours to cool down.
