The location is good, but the room was disgusting. I paid for a king suite and found stained walls or ceiling, a dead bug falling out of the fridge and another on the floor, plus a stained microwave. I didn’t want to touch anything. When I asked to move, they said there were no other rooms, which I had a hard time believing with 20 cars parked there. Not worth it. If this is your budget, bring your own cleaning supplies and spend your money at a 3-4 star hotel.

For $150, this felt like a total rip off. The room smelled musty and was dirty, with cobwebs in the corners and mold in the shower. There was no proper bed cover, just a thin lightweight blanket with several stains, and the sheets were badly stained too. I couldn’t tell if they’d been washed. The lighting was dim, and the ceiling by the vanity and bathroom looked like mold had been painted over. The smoke alarm over the bed was open with no battery. Gross, just nasty.

The shower head leaked, and the tub drained poorly. The train horn outside my room went off every few hours, so if you like "My Cousin Vinny," you might enjoy that. My bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the towels weren’t the super thin kind, and the a/c worked well. If price is why you’re stopping here, book through the site. You can get the room $20 cheaper there, and the hotel won’t honor it.

For the price, half of what I’d pay at Marriott Towneplace, I’m pleased, and I want to thank the owner. I travel for work and usually use Wyndham Hotel Group. This is the safest hotel I’ve stayed at, and the staff seem happy and are all polite. I’ll be here 2-3 weeks and think I’ll miss it. It’s convenient, well kept, quiet at night and very bright, with a 2 burner stove, full refrigerator, great TV service, strong water pressure, and very hot water. The bed is OK. There are some cosmetic issues, but the good parts outweigh them for me. The pool is out of service and would need a privacy fence if it opens. There’s no kitchenware, so you have to buy your own. I’m leaving mine clean in the hope it stays with the room. No dishwasher or kitchen sink either, though that didn’t bother me.
