Best Western Collins Inn & Suites

The rooms were dirty, with dirty towels and bedding, and the AC didn't work. I didn't stay. I told the manager why, and he just said he didn't care and that I wouldn't get my money back. The state or government should take action to close this place.

I took several pictures as proof, though I couldn't find a way to attach them to my review. I absolutely wouldn't recommend this place, and we don't plan to stay again. The outside looked decent, but inside the building smelled like smoke, including our supposedly non-smoking room. There was hair on the bathroom floor and wall, what looked like dried toothpaste in the sink, and urine and grime on both sides of the toilet base. The tub was dirty, and there was stuff on the bathroom door. I found a hair in the bed when I pulled the covers back. The fridge still had food in it, and there were what looked like fried chicken crumbs on the floor.

It was somewhere to sleep, that's about it. The heating unit was loud, the toilet seat was very loose, and the shower head sat away from the wall. There wasn't any Kleenex in the holder. I can't think of anything good to say about the place.

There wasn't any breakfast, even though it was advertised. The bedside lights didn't work, and I found toenail clippings in the bed. Save your time and money, drive to Hattiesburg and stay there instead.
