Best Western Plus Fillmore Inn & Suites

The location made getting around Colorado Springs easy, and the view as we pulled in was incredible. I didn't expect the rooms to be this nice or clean, and you can tell the management and staff take pride in the place. Everyone was friendly and attentive. The free Tesla EV charging was a great perk. The hotel bar had a nice level of energy, good conversation, TVs, drinks, and food options. I'd highly recommend staying here if you're in the springs.

The hot breakfast was gorgeous, and I couldn't believe the quality and service for what I paid. Everything felt clean and convenient, and the small kitchenette in my room came in handy. Truly a hidden gem, one of the best hotels I've stayed at. I hope to return on my next visit to Colorado Springs.

The one little design annoyance was the bathroom doors, but it didn't affect our stay much. Our room was clean and comfortable, and every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding, with fresh, tasty choices that kept the whole family happy each morning. We had a great hotel experience.

For what we paid, the room and service were cheap for this level of quality. The beds were amazing to sleep in, and the pillows were perfect. Everything, including the staff, felt like a high-end hotel. The rooms were extremely clean, it's pet friendly, and pets are welcomed and treated kindly. There's a cappuccino and coffee machine available whenever you need it, plus a great breakfast. The pool and hot tub were clean and well kept. I had a comfortable stay, thank you to all the staff. Hugs, RMD. I'd give this place 10 stars if I could.
