I've been coming here for at least a couple of days a month for the last 5-6 months, and it seems to get better every time. It's my favorite place when I need somewhere to escape. My New Year's stay was quiet and ended up being one of my best in a while, thanks to the staff's courteous, friendly attitude and the way they care about everyone who rents here, whether it's a one-time visit or a regular stay. Everything has been good for me so far. The place is clean, and there's a washer and dryer on site, a swimming pool, hot tub, and wheelchair accessible rooms. Bob, who's usually here around 8:00 or 8:30 every day, has great energy and is super friendly. Kaveen, the lady in the picture by the washer and dryer, is there daily too. She's wonderful, helpful, and friendly, and takes pride in making sure you have a good experience. Please use Choice reward and remember to say please and thank you. They're all wonderful people.

The pool is nice, and the rooms are decent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking can be tricky sometimes, and police patrol the lot several times a day, checking plates. I do wish they'd offer continental breakfast.

I've been staying here on and off for over 15 years, and it's always clean and quiet. The staff are professional and friendly, and I slept like a baby on the very nice new mattresses. I love the new furniture, and there is new carpet in the halls; the parking lot has also just been sealed and painted. The indoor pool and hot tub are lovely, and the view of Pikes Peak is great. Wish I could've stayed longer.

I visited a friend who was staying here, and the morning male manager was incredibly rude. My friend was being kicked out because the shower drain stopped working and flooded the bathroom, even though guests hadn't caused the hotel's problems. The place is falling apart and going downhill, and management seems not to care.

The hot tub was a nice treat, and the view of pikes peak was beautiful. We had a great stay. The rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfortable.
