The phones weren't working when we tried to use them. In our room, the sheets had small rips, and the bathroom towels didn't look neatly folded. As soon as I walked in, the hotel didn't look very clean. These might be small things, but for a place with a 4-star Google rating, I was disappointed. My family and I usually prefer Hampton Inns, and this was by far the least enjoyable one we've stayed at.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel felt clean, quiet, and comfortable. It seemed newly renovated, with a fresh, odor-free lobby, hallways, elevator, and room. We had a very comfortable two-queen room on the third floor, and breakfast was great, with some health-conscious choices. It's close to COS. I'd stay again and recommend it for a family, couple, or solo visit to the area.

The shuttle was efficient, and the drivers were outstanding. Staff were well trained and made check-in easy. As a Diamond Member, I appreciated getting chilled complimentary water. The spa water and coffee in the lobby were stocked and ready, too. The hotel is a little older, but the room was clean and had some nice modern touches. My only small gripe is breakfast could've had fruit options beyond whole apples and oranges. Great stay.

They sorted out the faulty door lock right away by moving us to another room, which was great service. The room itself was very clean and nicely equipped, and the king bed was comfortable. We had a late start in the morning, so I really appreciated the to-go bags.

Even with a big girls' swim team staying there, it was quiet. The staff were great, and the rooms felt comfortable and clean, with that fresh-laundry smell.
