Hampton Inn Colorado Springs Northeast

Housekeeping did an excellent job. My room was spotless, well cared for, and kept fresh throughout the stay. The front desk team, especially the women working there, were kind, friendly, and professional, and they went out of their way to help. One of the front desk staff had a confident, charismatic presence you'd expect in a commercial, and really stood out. The whole team seemed to care about their work. This hotel delivers more than you'd expect for its class. The people make the difference, and they nailed it. Five stars, and I'd happily stay again or recommend it to anyone visiting Colorado Springs.

The woman at the front desk was incredibly sweet and attentive. We arrived late after an incident in the car, and before she even checked us in, she brought supplies so we could clean up. She also checked on us the next day, which meant a lot. The rooms were clean, and breakfast was good for a free hotel breakfast. The nighttime clerk wasn't as friendly, but they were okay and did their job. We had a nice stay and would definitely return.

The hotel was nice and conveniently close to the highway, but the pool being closed the entire time was a major letdown. We stayed three nights on vacation, and having a pool is an absolute requirement for my kids. If I'd known it wasn't working, I would've canceled and booked somewhere with a pool. They gave us a $5 Starbucks gift card for the inconvenience, which wasn't nearly adequate. It's too bad the pool hadn't been properly looked after before our visit.

We were here for a Thanksgiving visit with my in-laws, and this was our third stay at the property. It's super clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Last night, they left a surprise birthday card and gift on our son's bed. Thank you so much! My fiance also slept well on the bed, which doesn't always happen in hotels. This Hampton really knocks it out of the park. We'll be back.
