The hotel itself was great, but Blanca and Jack were what made this stay feel like home. We spent a full week here on a work trip, and their warmth made it much less tiring than it could have been. They greeted us with big smiles and asked how our days were going each evening. It felt like they truly cared, and by the end of the week we felt like we'd known them forever. I travel for work often, and this was the most welcoming stay I've had. Blanca's positive energy set a lovely tone every day. Jack even went out of his way to help when my room key stopped working. We ended up joking and giggling about it later, which says a lot about how comfortable they made us feel. They're a dream team. If every Hampton had a pair like them, work travel would always feel this easy and enjoyable. 💛

Jack at the front desk was a wonderful concierge. From our first phone call through our goodbye, he treated us with cheerful professionalism and seemed to genuinely enjoy helping guests. He has a real go-above-and-beyond attitude. Thank you so much for the great service, Jack!

The whole staff was amazing, and the front desk guy working Friday and Saturday night was great. Adam and Dave were especially helpful, informative, and friendly. It's an inviting, clean hotel, and I liked having coffee and tea available when checking in and during the day. There's a good free breakfast, plus a nice selection of snacks and other things to buy. We'll stay here again when we return to Colorado Springs next month.

Adam C. really stood out among an already kind staff. He's a ray of sunshine, sweet and helpful, with a gorgeous smile that lights up the room. The customer service here is top notch. There are plenty of breakfast options, and the omelets are yummy. The rooms are clean and spacious, and there are a pool, workout room, and places to get some work done. It's right off I-25, so this will be our go-to whenever we come back.

Everything worked as it should, which was nice to see. The water got very hot, the plumbing, electrical, and HVAC all worked well, and both elevators were running. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was nice. They were repairing the hot tub, so it was closed. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make the stay good. Breakfast was delicious and the usual Hampton Inn standard. I'll be back.
