The front desk staff were helpful, and there are BBQ, Mexican, and Japanese restaurants within walking distance if the weather cooperates. The hotel also has a rooftop restaurant and bar with a fire pit that sets a nice mood, even at 19°. There’s a weight room, an indoor pool, and a hot tub too. It's a great hotel with a lot to offer. You won't be disappointed.

The staff made my visit to the Hilton Garden Inn in Colorado Springs feel special, from the warm welcome at arrival to the friendly, helpful service throughout. They upgraded my room right away, which was a lovely surprise. My room was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The hotel has a cozy feel, and it's well placed for getting to restaurants, shops, and Colorado Springs attractions. I had a great stay and will definitely come back on my next visit. I'd recommend it to families, couples, or anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and kind service. Thanks to the whole Hilton Garden Inn team for the upgrade and a memorable visit.

The indoor pool and hot tub were a welcome way to relax after hiking. We also had breakfast at the Garden Grille & Bar downstairs, and it was much better than typical hotel food. The staff there were attentive and kept the coffee coming. Everyone I met, from housekeeping to the front desk, was friendly and genuinely helpful. They made check-in easy and offered good dinner suggestions. The room felt modern and almost new, with plenty of outlets, lots of space, and a very comfortable bed. I had one of the best nights of hotel sleep I've had in a long time. If you can, get a mountain-view room. Seeing Pikes Peak in the morning was the highlight of my trip. The location in the middle of downtown Colorado Springs is hard to beat. We walked to restaurants and coffee shops on Tejon Street, and the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum was a short stroll away. We parked in the secure, convenient garage and explored on foot. Clean, safe, and right among everything, this works for a vacation or business trip. I'll book here again next time I'm in the Springs.

I had planned to stay here, but after hearing that Hilton Hotels corporate closed its Minneapolis franchise location for refusing to quarter ICE Agents, I'll stay somewhere else. Some things are ethically wrong, and others are bad for business. Corporate is doing both. Choose another place in the Springs that isn't owned by Hilton.
