Hotel Polaris

We celebrated my birthday at Hotel Polaris, and Dion Samuel gave us a private tour that felt personal and informative from the start. The hotel is stunning, with attention to detail and an atmosphere unlike anywhere we've visited. The food was exceptional, and the service exceeded what we expected. The staff were warm, and we felt pampered throughout our stay. I can't recommend this place enough for a luxurious, beautiful experience.

I was here for a conference, and it turned out to be an excellent venue. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well laid out for a stay of several days, with views you can't beat. Kelsey made check-in easy and pleasant, and items I requested for my room arrived quickly. The staff were outstanding. We had drinks at the rooftop bar, “The Aviator,” and Jack at the Thunderbird looked after us well. We especially liked the old fashioned options. I'd come back for a personal trip, too.

Brittany at the front desk turned a frustrating start around and made the rest of our stay amazing. We'd booked last minute at the desk and there was a miscommunication that left us charged much more than expected. The night team seemed annoyed and got rude when we tried to sort it out, which was disappointing. The next morning Brittany went above and beyond to fix everything, and we're really grateful for her customer service. We had a great stay otherwise. The hotel is beautiful, with a spa, lovely mountain views, and good food. Our room was clean and nice, though the king bed felt too firm for us.

We had a great time at the pool, which was ideal for the boys, especially since they could be loud and enjoy the outdoors. The bartenders were fun, and everyone on the Polaris team made the stay memorable with their hospitality. For our 10U Arvada hockey tournament, I worked with Jonathan to arrange a room block and conference room for the team, and the process was smooth and professional. Hotel Polaris is gorgeous and immaculately clean, with a luxury feel without the usual luxury price. Every staff member we met was happy, kind, and gave phenomenal service. At this price point, it's rare to find this much comfort and attention to detail. We can't say enough good things and would absolutely return.
