This place makes me feel safe and welcome, like I belong. It’s so clean and everyone’s friendly. Leslie is a beautiful woman who really does her job and makes you feel like a friend. Melissa is a wonderful manager who comes through for me and defends my name sometimes. Heida is new, but such a cutie and already fits right in. I’ve never had any issues here and never will. Thank you so much.

The women who prepared and restocked breakfast were wonderful and helped anyone who needed it. We loved our stay, and it was perfect for our family. The rooms with two queen beds are a little small, but we made it work. The pool heater needs an upgrade, and the hot tub was covered. It sounds like it’s running, but the cover is wedged under the railing and no one seems to have moved it. We’d absolutely stay again. A bonus is that they’re pet friendly, with a $25 fee.

I stayed only one night, arriving after midnight and checking out early the next morning because the conditions felt unsafe and unsanitary. I have photos documenting everything, and wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone, especially solo travelers. The bathroom didn’t even have a trash bin, which made basic hygiene during my period difficult. I was approached by multiple men inside the hotel before I reached my room. My first room smelled strongly of cigarettes even though I’d booked non-smoking. The second had stained, dirty furniture, damaged walls, and a door that didn’t close or lock properly. As a woman traveling alone, I felt extremely unsafe. The staff acknowledged the problems and offered a refund, but said I had to go through Expedia, my third-party booking site. When Expedia contacted the hotel to process it, the hotel declined the same refund they’d just offered. This is being escalated because the conditions weren’t what was advertised. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.

You pay close attention to details, take extra precautions, and consistently go above and beyond to make sure things are handled properly. It’s reassuring to know someone so dependable is looking out for everyone. Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.
