Oakridge on the Green

The rent is low, and management keeps up with things. When maintenance issues come up, they respond and fix them quickly. Secure buildings have helped me feel safe, and they’ve added a fence around the property with entrance gates in the works. They’re also fixing up the pool deck, which should be great for summer. I’ve loved living here and think they’re doing a great job building a family friendly community. Definitely recommend it.

Parking can be rough at times, though that comes with unassigned spaces. Still, this has been a great first apartment as I get started. I’ve lived here almost a year, and the staff have been helpful and understanding whenever I’ve had a concern. I also like the upgrades around the property, including the new gates, especially given the area.

I really liked living in these apartments. UCCS is about 15 minutes away and downtown about 10. Any issues I had were taken care of, and I never ran into trouble with the staff or amenities. I still recommend the place to most people I know who are looking for somewhere in the area.

As someone in her twenties living on her own, the new security measures mean a lot to me. They’ve hired nighttime security checks, restricted access to the buildings and hallways, installed cameras, and put a fence around the whole property. The washers and dryers have also all been repaired and work well now. They’re putting real effort into the outdoor amenities for summer, and I’m excited to see what comes next.
