David was always smiling and quick to help us find local holiday lights and activities, and his "Yes I Can!" attitude made sure our needs were met. Jodie also went above and beyond, adding festive surprises for the kids and checking in on our family through the stay. Thanks to Hotel Manager Jodie, David, Nicole, and the whole front desk team for making our Christmas 2025 at the Radisson Hotel Colorado Springs Airport so memorable. The cozy atmosphere, spotless rooms, indoor pool and hot tub the kids loved, and delicious hot breakfast buffet made for a wonderful holiday. The team's care turned a hotel visit into family memories we'll talk about for years. We can't wait to come back, and highly recommend it for families marking a special occasion.

The rooms were roomy, clean, and comfortable, and the front desk team was warm and very helpful with local questions. The jacuzzi pool was much better than I expected.

I was going through a difficult time during my stay, and the staff were very understanding. They helped me feel safe by offering extra safety measures. The free breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the customer service was phenomenal. When I'm in the area, I won't stay anywhere else. Ten out of ten.

We stayed in Room 103 on March 9th 2026. At check-in, the room was dirty, and the beds were made haphazardly and weren't clean. The fridge didn't work, the sink was broken, the safe was locked and unusable, and there was a lock hanging on the door. The door barely closed. Breakfast looked like it was a few days old and had been recycled. This hotel needs serious oversight.

Jody M., who works nights at the front desk, recognized us right away when we returned in early October, about six months after our first stay. Her warm, attentive welcome made us feel valued. On both visits, the suite was spotless and nicely decorated, and the whole team was professional and welcoming. The care they show and their attention to detail really came through. We'll be back. Keep up the good service, warm welcome, and delicious breakfast buffet.
