Breakfast was the worst part of the stay. We’d chosen a hotel with breakfast because we were in town for a dentist appointment and wouldn’t have time to find food elsewhere. Instead, a sign said it was served at the hotel across the street. When we got there in the morning, it was packed, the trays were empty, there was no coffee, no utensils, and no staff around to refill anything. People were eating with their hands. We gave up and tried to buy breakfast somewhere nearby, but finding a place took ages and we ended up rushing to our appointment. I’m a Marriott Bonvoy member, and after earning all those points, I don’t expect to work this hard for such terrible service. I wouldn’t stay here again. Also, be aware there’s a parking fee. The room itself was okay and the beds were comfortable. I’d been excited to book after reading reviews, especially with another hotel just across the street, but the breakfast situation made this the worst experience I’ve had.

I’ve stayed here eight times, and every visit has been great. The employees do a good job, and the dining and kitchen areas are always clean. Thanks, Michelle, for the excellent service you give every day.

I asked for a quiet room, but they don’t have one. Cars and motorcycles kept racing past whenever the light turned green on what felt like the loudest street-racing road in the world. It went on until 1 a.m., and I couldn’t sleep before then. I won’t come back for that reason.

For our first trip to Colorado Springs, Townplace Suites worked out really well. It’s centrally placed for the sights and activities we wanted, everyone was friendly, and our suite was clean and lovely. Breakfast was delicious each morning. We also really appreciated that they didn’t charge us for the final night when we decided to leave a day early and continue the last leg of our road trip. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Mike, the night guy, was so helpful and knew a lot about things to do around here. The coffee was always hot and fresh in the morning, and he greeted us with a smile. We had a great stay.
