Jill and Jen at the front desk deserve a big shoutout. They were always smiling and helpful, and made me feel at home. The whole place was spotless, and it was clear the staff take pride in keeping it welcoming. My room was immaculate when I arrived and stayed that way thanks to the housekeeping team. The atmosphere was peaceful and felt like a little community. Every guest I met was kind, considerate, and friendly, and I never heard noise from other rooms, so it was easy to relax after long days. From start to finish, my experience at Extended Stay America was perfect.

Jen at the front desk made a real difference to my stay. She welcomed me warmly and professionally, made check-in easy, and took care to anticipate what I might need. She was also knowledgeable and respectful while arranging things for my service animal, making sure the room was accessible and comfortable for both of us. I also want to recognize Jill, the manager. Her care and warmth show in the hotel’s high service standards. The team was efficient, kind, and professional. It was an exceptional stay, and I’d gladly return. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for hospitality that feels like home.

I stayed at the extended stat hotel on chestnut and had a great experience. It’s in a convenient, quiet location, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Hakim, the maintenance man, was especially professional and kind, and quick to fix any issues. He clearly cares about his work and the guests’ comfort. With his help and the overall service, I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

If you’re mobile, this is a friendly place with well-appointed rooms. Amanda is especially kind and helpful, and even offered to push my wheelchair. But I’d say the accessibility is barely there, in name only, and I’d look elsewhere if you’re handicapped. The door thresholds are almost impossible to cross in a wheelchair unless I get a running start. There’s only about half an inch of clearance on either side, so I have to hope I make it without hitting the door jamb. I don’t understand why they can’t have large front doors like most other hotels. Getting into the rooms is hard too: the doors are heavy and difficult to hold open from my wheelchair. The lights also turn themselves off as if they’re on motion sensors, and once they do, the switch won’t turn them back on. I have to get up into my wheelchair and move toward the room’s front door. That’s especially difficult at 2:00 in the morning, when getting into the chair takes a lot of effort.
