The staff were friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was nice, though I would’ve liked some fruit. I stayed in a king room and found it comfortable.

The desk person was nice, and the rooms were clean, but the billing caused a lot of trouble. I was charged for four nights even though I stayed two. When I asked, they said they needed to contact someone else about a refund. Then the charge went up to five nights, despite my having spent only two nights there in my life. If your money matters to you, be careful with these incompetent people. It took a few days to get the manager to fix it. They had $800 of my money tied up, leaving me stranded until it was returned. Now I can get home.

The breakfast room stayed open 24/7, which was handy for grabbing plates or plastic utensils to heat up leftovers. Breakfast itself was very satisfactory, and the rooms were clean. The staff were attentive, and everyone was honestly just so nice and friendly.

I drove 1,200 miles to help keep the power on at the plant, working 12-hour night shifts, seven days a week. I couldn’t find a room within 120 miles, and the motel parking lot was nearly empty during the day, with only six cars. So, after already making the long drive, I planned to get a gym membership and sleep in my car in the lot. The owner and employees called the police to make me leave. What a disgrace. You wouldn’t have power for your motel without workers like us. I’ve never seen anything like this in the country. People come from all over to help because you can’t fix your own power plant, and then businesses here raise prices when we arrive. That’s money-hungry and horrible. We need to come together as a union and deal with these Colstrip business owners once and for all. I’m a very popular social media influencer, and this will be on the newspaper’s front page tomorrow. I’ll spread the word about this motel for years. You need to learn how to treat the people who help you, instead of acting like you can’t survive on your own.
