My company put me up here for the week, and I had a very nice stay. The king bed was comfortable, everything was extremely clean, and housekeeping and the front desk staff were excellent. The bathrooms were clean and everything was set up to standard, which I liked. The shower controls were backwards, though. Turning toward hot gave me cold water, and turning toward cold made the water really hot. That seems like a plumber's mistake from when the place was built, not the hotel's fault. Two thumbs up.

The staff were really kind and made me feel appreciated. My room at the Baymont Inn in Columbia, TN was spacious, super clean, and laid out nicely. I especially liked the sturdy metal bed frame, which didn't need a box spring and was still comfortable. The linens felt fresh and soft. The wardrobe had an iron and full-size ironing board, and the bathroom had Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. For the price, it was comfortable and relaxed. I'd stay again.

I felt cared for from the welcome onward, and the hospitality made my stay especially memorable. The whole team was friendly and professional, and they paid attention to the details. Their dedication and hard work made me feel at home and went beyond what I expected. I appreciate everything they did. I'd recommend the hotel and hope to come back soon.

We came here because the power was out, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The rooms were clean, the location was nice, and breakfast was good. Whenever we had a problem, they fixed it right away. It was a great stay, and I'd tell anyone to stay here.

The shower was the one drawback. Its knob didn't work right, leaving me with a cold shower and only a weak stream. Even after I figured out how to manipulate it, the flow was still low. Otherwise, the hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was the usual grab-and-go sort. I'd come back, but I'd check the shower before committing to a room.
