Don’t miss the top notch breakfast with Caroline! We stayed as a family for our son’s college graduation and would come back. It was safe and comfortable, with a clean, comfortable lobby where we were allowed to gather with food. Management was kind and hospitable, took photos for us, helped when we lost a key, and was very helpful at check-in. The housekeeping staff were friendly too. It was great value for our money.

I was here for a work trip, and the room was comfortable and spacious. I had a couple of problems with the TV, but Gary, the onsite maintenance man, handled the repairs quickly and courteously. He was so kind and thoughtful. I really appreciated the prompt help.

I really enjoyed my stay! The breakfast was on point, with lots of food choices. Caroline did an excellent job setting everything up and keeping it topped up.

The whole team was friendly and ready to help, but Leon really stood out. I saw him pass an outdoor trash can by the AC drain a couple of times and notice the wet, discolored concrete around it. Later he came back and moved the can so he could scrub underneath and around it. That kind of care says a lot about him, and matched the attention I saw from the other employees during my stay.

Check-in was quick and the room was clean, but the stay still disappointed me. SpringHill usually delivers, and this location felt poorly managed and staffed. The staff didn't seem very happy that day, and the room had no body wash. I don't know whether housekeeping missed it. By 8 AM the next morning there was still no breakfast out, so I had to go elsewhere to eat.
