The Gramercy at Town Center

I've lived at the Gramercy for a few years and have had a great experience. Nobody paid me to say that, lol. The leasing team is kind and friendly, and they go out of their way for residents. My favorite part is how pet-friendly it is. They always make me and my fur-babies feel welcome at the leasing office. The maintenance crew deserves a shout-out too. In my three years here, I've never had trouble getting help. It's a good fit if you want convenience, have pets, and like a stress-free community.

My brother lives here, and when he recently had surgery I came to town to help him recover. His nurse recommended grab bars in the shower, so I went to the office to ask about them. The sales office staff were friendly and helped me with the forms to order the bars. They were installed within a week, which was great. Maintenance gets a thumbs-up too. Thanks, Marilyn and Donnie.

We were apartment hunting in the area when my husband and I came across this cozy place. The leasing and amenity building was spotless and took our breath away. We liked the apartment style, especially the little shelf outside each door where people put seasonal or homey decorations. It reminded me of back home. The leasing team was warm and welcoming, and Curtis gave us a professional, informative tour. A 10/10 visit, highly recommend.
