Motel 6 Columbus OH - OSU North

At 2am I was exhausted, so I wiped down the second room with Lysol wipes and slept there, even though it was dirtier than the first. Room 223's TV worked, at least. The guy said he could move us, but wanted the beds left undisturbed in case he needed to rent the room. We'd first been given room 225, which was DIRTY: poop on the toilet seat, hair and soap scimb stuck on the shower walls, mini fridges that hadn't been wiped out, and a TV that didn't work. They said they'd clean the room after we left, but I doubt it, that kind of filth takes a while to build up. I booked for the price, and I guess that was my first mistake. It was supposed to be a place to sleep, and that's all it was, because we didn't want to stay any longer than necessary. Super gross. I'll never rent a Motel 6 again.

My fiance and I have felt safe and well looked after here, and my e.s.a. has been welcomed with loving, adoring arms. Shok has been especially polite and has gone above and beyond to make sure we're good. The housekeeping staff, both taby and the other lady, and the mantince guy have all been great about keeping rooms clean and making sure guests have what they need.

We came for the Buckeye Country Music Festival, and this was the absolute worst Motel 6 I've stayed at across the states. It was filthy, and housekeeping seemed to be paid to sit around. There were druggies and permanent residents upstairs who were all coked out and kept us up all night. When my sister and I arrived, permanent residents called out and made inappropriate comments from their balcony. I called buddy at the front desk to ask where my TV remote was, and he hung up on me. The sister location, Motel 6 in Olentangy, recommended we not stay at the morse road location. DO NOT stay here. Save your money.

I didn't stay, just visited an old friend who works there. The parking lot and outside looked much better and well kept than I've seen before. It's definitely been cleaned up A LOT, and management seems to be trying to weed out the "bad apples" so families might be able to stay again.
